Made, and not yet proven
Crowd is where work goes before anyone can vouch for it.
A Model at Crowd has been written down and it can be read. That is all it has done. Nothing here has been tried in the field, backed by Proof, or submitted to the Cloud. Nothing here is Canon.
The tier exists so that unfinished work can be looked at honestly instead of held back until it looks finished. Publishing something at Crowd is not a claim that it works. It is a claim that it is ready to be argued with.
The three tiers
- CrowdWritten down and readable. Untested.Everything on this site is here.
- CloudSubmitted with Proof that it worked somewhere real.Nothing has been submitted.
- CanonProven and generally accepted — matter-of-fact, not merely approved.Nothing has reached it.
Addresses
While a Model is at Crowd it lives under /crowd/ and its own name. If it is proven and enters the Cloud, that first segment falls away and the address never changes again.
Canon is not a place. It is a badge a Model carries, at whatever address it already has.
What is here
One Model. This shelf is new and mostly empty, and it will stay honest about that.
